- Child details — name, date of birth, medical conditions, allergies (provided during registration)
- Session bookings — which sessions your child attends

Why we collect it
Every piece of data we collect serves a specific purpose:
- Parent/carer details — so we can reach you in an emergency and keep you informed about sessions
- Child details — so we can keep your child safe, meet any medical or additional needs, and group children appropriately
- Session bookings — operational records of who attended and when
- Contact forms — so we can reply to your enquiry
How we store it
All data is stored securely on UK-based servers. Access is restricted to authorised staff and trustees. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law (e.g. safeguarding concerns).
Children's data
We take particular care with data about children. All children's data is provided by a parent or legal guardian during registration. We collect only what's needed for safe and appropriate care during play sessions — name, age, medical conditions, and allergies.
How long we keep it
- Active accounts: While your child attends sessions + 12 months after the last session
- Inactive accounts: Deleted after 24 months of inactivity
- Safeguarding records: Retained indefinitely as required by our safeguarding policy
Your rights
You have the right to:
- See what data we hold about you and your child
- Ask us to correct or update your data
- Ask us to delete your data (subject to safeguarding requirements)
- Withdraw consent at any time
