No memberships. No subscriptions. No hidden costs. Registering takes two minutes — just enough for us to know who's playing and who to call if there's a grazed knee.
Why do I need to register?
So our playworkers know your child's name, age, and any medical needs. If your child has allergies, asthma, or takes medication, we need to know. It also means we can reach you if the weather turns or your child wants picking up early. The Addy is open-access — children come and go freely within session hours — but registration means we're never in the dark about who's on site.
What you'll need
Your name, email, phone number, and a password. Your child's name and date of birth. That's it — less than two minutes on your phone.
Is my child's data safe?
Yes. Medical information is encrypted. We don't share data with anyone. We don't use it for marketing. You can delete your account at any time and we'll remove everything we're not legally required to keep. Full details in our privacy policy.
What about the consent questions?
Three yes/no questions — medical treatment, photos, and off-site trips. These are standard safeguarding requirements. Only first aid consent is required. You can change them at any time from your account.
Not sure about photos?
That's completely fine — say no and your child is still welcome at every session. Most of our photos end up on the wall in the cabin, not online.
Do I need to register before coming?
Not for your first visit — just turn up. Our playworkers can help you register on the day using the tablet in the cabin. But if you register now, your child can walk straight in next time.
Age-appropriate sessions
When you book a session, the system checks your child's age against the session's age range on that specific date. A child turning 5 next week can book a 5+ session for next week — age is calculated at the time of the session, not at registration. Register once and the system handles the rest as your child grows.
